Okay, This is Nyashki's first time also he carparked himself, and there is no history of death evades or abuses.

Dano's old player here and here for a long time, knows the rules, has history of couple death evades and abusing /rc, i think this is his second chance which he busted up.

Duck Council voted unanimously for Nyashki to be just demoted (kick option was included), that wasn't the case at Dano's poll

Abusing bug rules who are newly incorporated and you don't know them is different, but to abuse a rule which is here almost forever and do it couple of times, fuck your family up who gave you VIP so you can have fun, i dont need him here.

 I guess this kick is very much fair. I think Natzuk and para are Dano's Very very close mates. That's why they can't see him getting kicked.
 I understand guys, but you know it too that he did wrong. If he had been banned for bug abusing then I would have helped him like you guys are doing right now. But he got banned for violating a rule that was implemented years back.

oh i thought he did /sync when he was carparked :p w/e What i want to say is the same. "no death-evading" This is a rule since many years and it has never changed, so it was his fault.
