After saying yes , i was talking to Matt on facebook about him. He does not seem to know enough english to have a conversation with us RD's. Cause Rev actually translated something he said to me about his Application here. I am still unsure about him. Its gonna be hard with him.

What if someday some admin ask him something and he does not understand it? And does not reply? Gets banned or something. Can be bad for our reputation.
