Saura, the guy haven't replied again and explained himself, he probably means activity, that's included in the stats also, he is away for a while and can't play, why denie him? and do not insult the guy for no reason.

Please look at how past applications are handled and learn something until then, please let someone else decide If someone will be accepted or denied.

I don't know that code or any code really but I think it means that's what he is checking for as the criteria below are what defines a statwhore

I googled it. It is used to declare variable and store it as boolean value. It is in my next month's syllabus. he declared the variable "statswhore" for further use in program.

@Saurabh - Yeah bool declares a new boolean which either has value as TRUE or FALSE (1 or 0).
