You double posted and you dont know how to use any kind of forums. You couldn't find the application section yourself. Sums up to that you are too new. My vote is No. You should get more familiar with the forums , our clan, rules , etc first.

also he said to me "i just want a clan" 


Also i feel that guys who were bad in english its tough to communicate .
