He's a nice guy indeed. But I think you should be civilian more, and also more communicative in the chat. I've not seen you a lot so I'll just put my vote to hold.

Again Welcome to RD, you are a nice and friendly guy but i think you need some more time to soak in to Plan B server but i would like to play with you ingame sometime so i could possibly change my vote but for now im going to HOLD.

Also like SuMiT said its nice to see that you are applying for RD and i wish you the best of luck.

So yeah im going to be on HOLD.

At first I had doubts you're not civilian often but later I realised it was wrong. You follow your duty in your respective team. You're a civilian often , calm and polite.
Just try to hang more with other civilians as it's fun.

Well, most of us had 50-100 online time and were too new to the server when we were accepted in RD, so i'd still take a chance on you. You seem friendly but yea try to interact more with others in game. Goodluck
