Even though he is not invited i would vouche for him. so it can count as an invite , i met him before and he was extremely friendly. so this time would be an exception i hope. and if its counted as a proper application i am saying YES.

If only the hosting you have chosen back in April 2016 was better, now we would be able to check how many hours did you play in the meantime. However, I do not think it is necessary:


With ~11 hours on your account I do not treat this application as a serious one.
