Guys i am sorry about it.
But my bro never listens. He just started playing PTP .....(Quickly Learned about SAMP and PTP GM).
I told him all the rules and description of the server. Once he did spawnkilling at civil spawn and then i stopped him and told him about that rule. Then he stopped doing that. IDK waht happened that day, because i was away. He told me that he didn't pause ......(reason in PTP forums :P)
WELL sorry for saying this here. But i am very sad. I hope, he get unbanned soon. Because of him i can't join.
or Tenshi will say- Ban evading.
