Hey fella.
As you can see, this topic has been sitting here for a long time, and this isn't normal.
The fact is that a lot of RD members are inactive atm (we have lives too, lol), and due to that, we cannot decide who gets to join us or not.
So we decided to close the application section for a while until everything gets back to normal, and once that happens, you can reapply.
