Title: New Duck promotions, other promotions possible

Hello yall it's been awhile
We're gonna do some general promotions for the active Baby Ducks but eventually some ducks will become Rubber Ducks. For that rank, we need to create polls for candidates which I'll be discussing with the management. We also need to appoint some new people in the management.
