He attacked me out of nowhere, and I killed him. Then he comes back to armor spawn, trying his hardest to kill me again. All while saying "wtf?" every death. Then attacks me on DB and runs away when the fight isn't looking good for him, reminds me of nExow.

Ignoring all that, I've never seen him in game before yesterday.
