I say yes! He's a good player to play with. He plays a lot as a civ on ducks style and nows the rules. He needs to improve his english but I'm sure he'll be able to. Good luck!

He's not an evader. I'm the one helping him to do his appeal (translating and stuff). He didn't know that he wasn't allowed to play as his original ban was long ago. And i told him that he must me clean to Join RD, so now he's posting an appeal instead of playing silently. And I think that's a good thing.

Hmm He didn't know about that "ban evading" thing so it's ok. It should not affect his application.

yay para, he must be able to communicate with us , anyways lets see till he gets unbanned ,

btw old bans were reset long time back , but admins can sure dig up older bans to make points - so its better to get him cleaned up before :p
