I have seen you ig, but im not sure. Plus you've been banned once for hacking. In our RD reputation hacking is prohibited, and is strictly against our principals. I'd like to here from you more why you'd hack and would you be hacking soon again.

I'm use hack only for my pleasure. but now, I know using hack is very unpleasant.

I don't want to judge you for your past but considering how bad impression that 'aimbot' tag makes of a person, know that you will have a hard time to prove how you prefer a clean/ hack- free gameplay now.
You are too young , so it's a good chance to start afresh, get a new nick, interact with the players in community and most importantly find out how you enjoy the game the most(without hacks ofc).
RD usually prefers newbies and young players but hacks is a deal-breaker. As for now I don't see you getting in RD. -1, hope to see you in game and have fun with you( *coughs* without hacks obviously)

I don't think changing name will do any good, it can make you look desperate, we had a guy who kept changing name (used to make new accounts) every 3 months just to get in RD and PPLV. Don't use new name, that just makes you look guilty, you can't change what you have already done, hiding it will only make it worse when others find it out. Play as usual, you're a cool guy.
My only concern is your use of Aimbot in past, other than that I have nothing against your application. I don't want to rush my decision that's the only reason ive given you -1.
