Even though he is not invited i would vouche for him. so it can count as an invite , i met him before and he was extremely friendly. so this time would be an exception i hope. and if its counted as a proper application i am saying YES.

If only the hosting you have chosen back in April 2016 (https://rd-clan.com/forum/index.php?topic=877.msg11679#msg11679)) was better, now we would be able to check how many hours did you play in the meantime. However, I do not think it is necessary:
