He isn't clean. Remeber when he got reported for death evading and suddenly vanished until the report was forgotten? I also remember people accusing him of hacking. I don't want to lower the clan image.

Back when he was new, I know Khali can remember this, he tried to apply for RD under different nicks at the same time. He's changed since he's been in Hitman and stuff so I'll give him a Yes.
