additional info: He applied for Hitman (with incorrect format) and i think he got kicked....and Now he wanna be RD. So what are ur upcoming plans gamer?

i already told him...
and whenever i see him breaking rules like- insulting, spamming...i try to stop him, but he never listen. I can't sit with him all the time :/
Next time if he  spam u by Pm then take a snap and report ;)
