Well, yes I know the rules. Yesterday Ace wanted to kill me, but I used /rc c to duel with Epps, i didn't knew it. :x

Im sure if he really death-evaded, Ace would have reported, he probably had enough HP to get away and not 100% to die.

These days it's weird, you have 80% chance to surivive and if u get away, you are death evading... Jab case...

Good that you are playing SA-MP since 2 years, though you can't be considered since you are too new. As Khali said, play for a few more months until you're familiar with the GM. Sorry, no.

Ahh this guy was spawnkilling yesterday , jailed him . again after coming back he went in same old place n started spawnshooting n killing people .

We must avoid new guys like him >.>
