Title: December 2017 Promotions

Hello fellow Ducks, it's that time of year again (which hasn't happened in ages)

First off, the following Ducks have been promoted to Rubber Ducks:

-[RD]Epps
-[RD]SuMiT
-[RD]Skittles

Second off, the following Baby Duck has been promoted to Duck:

-[RD]Pistol

Finally:

-[RD]Saurabh

has been promoted from Golden Duck to full Leader. Saurabh has earned these powers with his loyalty in this clan and he has proven himself worthy of handling clan business.

Congrats to the people that have been promoted, we may have follow up promotions towards the end of the month.
