We haven't met in-game that often for the past 4-5 months, so there is now way to know if you have changed your behaviour from the last time or not.
It will be a No from me for now.
Try to play somemore and stick with the ducks , you know the drill :D

currently inactive so pass. but i feel like he broke a rule that multiple people in the game break daily, and they hardly get punished for it, so perhaps give him another chance. anyways, pass. :)

For me, its NO for now.
Its too early to accept your return especially after you broke the same rule twice. Also, you are not very active, so we dont know if you really feel guilty for your actions. So, i suggest you to spend some time in the game.
