I saw he really improved his behaviour

But "I want to join to gain skills" doesn't mean "I want to join to gain skills and leave to another clan"

Icey doesnt play PTP at all, so he can't really vote about anyone then. As for me, this guy can get aggressive sometimes and fight, but that was the past. Well I will give u a chance I guess, as people changed. Hopefully you do not betray us like others have done. I will give you a YES
