I'm gonna leave my vote at NEUTRAL since you used to spawnkill, death evade and abuse in so many ways.

Yes, i admit, i broke a couple of rules and was banned by Great_Khali for it. I made an unban appeal and i got unbanned, but i will try my best to not break the rules again  ;)
