Hacks on CSS, you saw those reports. He is obviously in same range of a ban evader, we can't really trust people like that.

I will be not playing CSS Or PTP Bcoz of exams Starting from 25 and ends on 5 june,after it i will play non stop and will apply again....... Exams  >:(

he's not indian + I had different net then Terran back then and yes he is in the same area really close like 3 streets away, but different internet servers so...

He is inactive in ptp + he won't check forums coz his exams are going on. So I think we should lock his app for now and let him reapply when he gets active ingame.
